Saturday is back once again and along with it comes a brand new edition of the Video Round Up. It’s back to bring you the best trailers and videos from the past week, so without further delay, let’s get into it, shall we?
It was a big week for Injustice 2 as the upcoming DC Comics fighting game introduced a bunch of fighters to its expansive roster of heroes and villains. Swamp Thing made his debut, followed by another trailer showing off four femme fatales with Black Canary, Poison Ivy, Catwoman, and Cheetah.
After much success with their Wii U season pass experiment for first party games like Super Smash Bros, Mario Kart 8, and Hyrule Warriors, Nintendo has revealed that they’re doing another season pass for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. While many of you may be worrying that Zelda has always been a complete experience on day one, it appears that Nintendo is not planning on cutting out content and reselling it. Based on the limited information, the post-launch content appears to be additional, and optional content.

Oh, man… Where to start… Every time I see Nier: Automata, I get a little more interested in it. Horizon and Andromeda still look like a lot of fun, and I can’t believe Breath of the Wild is going to have an expansion pass… Hob also looks like a very innovative and interesting game, so I’ll have to check that one out a little more! I can’t remember if you posted about Rime, but that also looks like an interesting puzzle/adventure game.

Nier really surprised me because I had no information on it prior to the demo. Gave it a shot and came away really impressed.
Definitely starting to feel the hype for Nier: Automata and Mass Effect: Andromeda! Just a few more weeks to go!

I had no working knowledge of Nier going in, but that demo was a ton of fun. Surprised me.
That demo really came out of nowhere didn’t it. If the rest of the game follows through, then we might just have our first sleeper hit of the year.
