Welcome to the weekend everyone! Saturday has returned once again and so to has a brand new entry in the Video Round Up series. As usual, we’ve got a lot of new videos to get to so here’s a small taste of what’s waiting for you below the jump.
I don’t think anyone will be surprised when I say that arguably the biggest news this week came from Rockstar who finally announced the game everyone was expecting to see at E3…but didn’t. That’s right, Red Dead Redemption 2 is finally and officially real. The bad part? It’s not arriving until Fall 2017. To help or hurt the wait is the first official trailer. Enjoy!
Outside of Red Dead, not much could topple news that big, right? Well, Nintendo threw a monkey wrench into those plans by finally revealing the Nintendo NX, now known as Nintendo Switch. While there’s still a number of linger questions, at the very least, the debut trailer showed off the system and what it so special about it.
I’ve also got new videos for Prey, Titanfall 2, Dishonored 2 and so much more after the break, so come check out this week’s batch of trailers!

The Switch reveal surprised me. I’m not sure what I was expecting the NX to be, but I know it wasn’t this. This actually looks pretty cool! I haven’t been eager to see more of a NIntendo home console since the GameCube!
I know right. Kudos to the marketing team for the much clearer reveal this time around. Also, did you notice that there were no kids, motion controls, or families shown in the trailer? Very deliberate on their part I think.
Now that you mention it, no I didn’t. It seems that they’re doing everything they can to make sure that this new system will not be mistaken for another Wii. A very smart move, I’d say.
