We’re in the thick of the early 2016 release schedule now folks! April continues the strong release trend started in March with May packing even more gaming goodness next month. But, that’s a post for another time. For now, let’s take a look at what’s coming to us in April.
The obvious spotlight this month goes to Quantum Break from the folks at Remedy Entertainment. You know, the studio behind Alan Wake and everyone’s favorite bullet time shooting cop Max Payne. Quantum Break takes that bullet time dynamic and expands upon it to essentially turn protagonist Jack Joyce into a gun firing Flash. For fans of quality visuals and high polished games, make sure to check out Quantum Break.
Fans of long running franchises should be happy to hear that the dynamic duo of Ratchet & Clank makes their PlayStation 4 debut and frankly, the game is looking gorgeous. WiiU owners take note as well as the one and only Fox McCloud flies into action as Star Fox Zero finally arrives.

Finally! The new Ratchet and Clank is here!
As having never played the very first game back in the day, I can’t wait for this. I loved the newer games in the series!
It looks like the story is only going to loosely follow the plot of the original. This is definitely a true remake here, not just a rehash.
I actually think this is a good thing; it allows new(er) players to see how it all started, and those that have been around since the beginning still get a game that feels new.
Am looking forward to the movie too now!
