2016 keeps trucking right along and we’re finally entering March, which typically beings an early rush of video games. This year is no different with a number of high profile games are finally arriving so lets take a look.
The obvious spotlight this month comes from Ubisoft as the long development cycle for Tom Clancy’s The Division is finally coming to an end. Originally announced back in 2013, the open world third person shooter wrapped up a couple of very well received beta tests, so there are more than likely a good number of people looking forward to March 8. Finally, right?
It’s not often that I say this but even the WiiU has some good stuff coming this month, with not one but TWO releases! Pokken Tournament, the long awaited Pokemon fighting game and The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD can be yours this month if you’re looking for a reason to boot up the system.

Keeping fingers crossed for The Division! The beta was fun, but I suspect we won’t have our final verdict until the game has been out in the wild for a month or so.
I won’t lie, I’m all in on Day One haha. I’m pumped!
It’s one of those games that I reeeeeaaaallly want to immediately jump in on, but past experience is screaming at me to hold off and see how it shakes out. I suppose it’ll depend on how many of my friends get it early on.
What’s your favorite aspect of the game so far? Mine is the tension of the Dark Zone. Most people won’t mess with you, but there was always the possibility that they’d try to pull something.
I like how the game has been developed for both single player and co-op players. With Destiny, I feel like much of the game almost requires that you have friends in order to get the most out of it. So far with The Division, it feels great playing solo or in a group. The Dark Zone may be a different story if you’re solo, though but the majority of the PvE content adheres to how you want to play.
You’re right though, the Dark Zone content is great. I hope it stays that way once the game is in the hands of the public instead of turning into a deathmatch arena for CoD players.
One month closer to Bravely Second!
