With the slow month of January now behind us, the release schedule picks up somewhat as we head into February. Still, it’s no where close to what we get in the back half of the year, but if you’re starving for new games to consume, there’s a good chance you’ll find something to enjoy this month.
There’s a bunch of content for Nintendo fans including a brand new 3DS model with 3D facial tracking, enhanced processor speeds and a couple of new games to go along with it: Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask 3D and Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate. Pretty good way to put the new hardware through it’s paces if you ask me.
If you’re more of a traditional console owner, don’t worry, there’s a number of high profile releases this month including Sony’s exclusive third person shooter, The Order 1886, Turtle Rock’s 4v1 shooter Evolve, and a super cute looking new Kirby game for WiiU owners. See? Something for everyone this month.

What’s the gaming equivalent to praying? Button mashing faster? If so, I am button mashing the buttons of life trying to make The Order not suck! Please don’t suck, please don’t suck!
I want that game to be good so bad. Visually it looks stunning and I’m a fan of the fictional history story they have cooking. I’m going to cross every finger and mash every button on my controllers. DON”T SUCK!
I’m right there with you C.T.! Please don’t suck Order 1886! Well…if the worst should come to pass at least we’ll have Majora’s Mask 3D.
