Bungie Day Brings Us New Destiny Details!

July 7th represents a pretty special day for Bungie and it’s fans each and every year. It’s a day that is affectionately referred to as “Bungie Day” and it’s a time where Bungie celebrate’s its community. Want a rundown on how Bungie Day started? Don’t worry they have you covered.

For everyone else, Bungie also used their officially unofficial holiday to announce a few things in regards to their upcoming shooter, Destiny. First up, the beta now has it’s dates locked in. For PlayStation preorder owners, your beta experience begins on July 17 until the 21st when the game goes under maintenance for a couple days. On July 23, the gates really open as Xbox players are then brought into the world as well. One thing to note here is that you’ll want to make sure you log in on July 26, as Bungie has promised players will earn an exclusive emblem for use in the main game.

Bungie also unleashed details on three special editions of Destiny. Lets have a look:
